ESSENTIAL OILS TO PURIFY THE AIR AROUND YOU
What are the most effective remedies of the future for viral infections? Essential oils

What are the most effective remedies of the future for viral infections? Essential oils

Research centres around the world are currently studying essential oils in depth.

I recommend them for their antibacterial and antifungal properties. Essential oils differ significantly from antibiotics (monomolecular) thanks to their biocompatibility; they are naturally able to discern good germs from bad ones, and their complexities (plurimolecular) make them formidable enemies of harmful microbes.

Thanks to this unique property, essential oils can offer protection without provoking resistance. While most essential oils preserve biological integrity, some even boost immunity.

For the most part, these oils stimulate both innate and specific immunity while fighting off bugs. Isn’t that wonderful?

This allows us to act on several fronts and enjoy long-term effectiveness, which increases our chances of winning the battle and staying on top.

The following essential oils are known for their antiviral properties:

Cinnamomum camphora (Camphor) : Antiviral, immunostimulant and antibacterial.
Contraindication : Pregnancy

Cinnamomum verum (Ceylon Cinnamon Bark) : Antiviral and antibacterial.
Contraindication : Pregnancy and children under 6 — skin and mucosa irritant.

Citrus limonum (Lemon) : Antiviral and antibacterial.

Eucalyptus radiata (Radiated Eucalyptus) : Antiviral, immunostimulant and antibacterial.
No contraindications.

Eugenia caryophyllus (Clove) : Antiviral, immunostimulant and antibacterial.

Laurus nobilis (Bay Laurel) : Antiviral and antibacterial.

Lavandula latifolia spica (Spike Lavander) : Antiviral, immunostimulant and antibacterial.

Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea tree) : Antiviral, immunostimulant and antibacterial.

Mentha piperita (Peppermint) : Antiviral, anti-inflammatory et antibacterial.

Origanum compactum (Oregano) : Antiviral and antibacterial.
Contraindication : Pregnancy — skin and mucosa irritant.

Thymus vulgaris thujanoliferum (Thyme Thujanol) : Antiviral and antibacterial.
Contraindication : Pregnancy, epilepsy — may irritate skin.

Pure essential oil can be diffused into the air.

However, to use it on your skin, be sure to dilute it in vegetable oil (10% essential oil to 90% vegetable oil). Reduce the concentration for dermocaustic essential oils, that is, oils that can burn skin when they aren’t sufficiently diluted. Some essential oils can be ingested, but you should never attempt this without advanced training or professional guidance. Don’t underestimate their potency!
